Just wanted to drop off a few pics. J's still feeling pretty well and I am starting to let myself feel a little bit of relief. Still a little nervous, but definitely starting to see a light at the end of the tunnel. Oh man, I hope the jinx gods are not reading this!
Practicing her yoga.
Wall-walker.
I only included this one because it is one of the few pictures in which I can really see myself (or atleast my baby pictures) in her. I guess its the profile or something. Who knows? For the record, I really don't think that in person she looks like me much at all. I know mom - you disagree!
She spent over an hour building this "nest". She picked up sticks and leaves and rocks and whatever. She is really hopeful that a bird (a cardinal preferably) is going to lay eggs in it. I didn't have the heart to tell her it wasn't likely. Does anyone know where I can get some baby cardinals?

Sorry to have been out of touch for so long again! We have been pretty busy this month. We have had 2 fairy substantial snows! That's crazy for NC! Julianna LOVES playing in the snow. Me - not so much! I like snow for about the first ten minutes, when it still looks all beautiful and romantic. But is there anything more depressing than dirty melting snow?
Anyway, Julianna is doing much better, but we are still having some tummy issues. We were back at the dr's last week for more testing after a night of 5 hours of pretty intense pain. Still nothing has turned up except for a mild allergy to egg whites. Nothing that would explain the kind of pain she has been in though. She has been pretty much pain free for the last 2 days, so we are holding our breath!
She remains adorable and sweet and funny despite not feeling her best. I have a few stories and a million pics from the last few weeks.

I was pretending to be a kitty.
Me: Meow
Julianna: You're not a kitty!
Me: Meow, meow!
Julianna: You're not a kitty, you're my best mama!
AWWWWWW! She probably says that to all her mamas.

We were driving down the road towards our house and Julianna said, "To get home, go up to the light and take a left." What? She was totally right. It was weird. I don't think she knows her left from right. She sounded like a little adult giving me directions from the back seat.

I walked in on Julianna playing the cutest, but most pitiful game. I gave her a great big bag of Dum Dum lollipops for Valentine's Day. She loves to play with them and sort them more than eat them. Anyway, she had a ton of her stuffed animals lined up and had a tiny little screwdriver (like you would use for a little toy or whatever) and she was saying, "The bad news is, you have to have a pokey (what we call needles), the good news is you get a lollipop after." Then she would poke them with the screwdriver and lay a little lollipop next to them. Just about broke my heart!

Snow Angel
The sidewalks had become sheets of ice. I pushed her around in this storage box and she had the BEST time. She called it her boat.
Our little snowboy.
On a snowy walk through the woods with Julianna's little friend. It was over 50 degrees that day so we didn't even need coats. We had so much fun.
Playing with her "kickety kickball" over at the college.
Would you look at that ponytail? I swear it looks like its been in hot rollers and she is ready for a pageant or something. Nope, she just rolls out of bed like this!
Silly girl at the library.
Painting at Mimi's.
Valentine's Day Pics:
Mimi and Poppy got Julianna the cutest little kitty box for Valentine's Day. She loves it and has already picked out her "favorite and special" buttons from our button jar to keep in it.
Spoiled child got an easel too.
Playground pics from yesterday. It was cold but sunny and we REALLY needed to get out. I thought we would only stay for a half and hour but ended up staying almost 2 hours.
